What

Who
Supervisors, team leaders, staff currently involved or potentially involved in retail operations.
Where
The assessments are carried out on the job where possible.
How
Training is conducted on the job, through self paced workbooks, in group sessions, and one on one with our trainers. Assessment is conducted by collecting evidence of competency from the workplace.
All trainees that enrol in the Certificate III in Retail Operations (under a New Apprenticeship) must complete the Certificate II units of competency first.
